The Platform is provided as a software service (SaaS). AI Group LTD is not responsible for the accuracy of product data uploaded by tenants. Tenants are solely responsible for ensuring their Digital Product Passport data complies with applicable EU regulations and industry standards.

Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

AI Group LTD is not obligated and does not intend to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Hosting Provider

The Platform is hosted on EU-based cloud infrastructure. Primary data centers are located in Germany and France.
